The villa Payama invites you to unforgettable holidays with your partner, friends or family. Surrounded by a small tropical garden and equipped with a private pool with a wooden terrace the villa provides with calm and the Caribbean sun. The beautiful white sand beaches of Saint-François are at walking distance.
Relax at the pool or discover the island. The ideal situation of the villa allows you an easy access to the town of Saint-François, an authentic fishing village with the famous beaches Raisins Clairs, La Coulée, Le Lagon or Anse à la Gourde. You will also find different restaurants, shopping facilities as well as leisure activities: water sports (diving, windsurf, kitesurf etc.), horse riding, quad tour, casino, boat transfer to the islands Les Saintes or La Desirade or a visit of the towns Sainte-Anne and Le Moule.
You will reside at Saint-François, just 40 km from Pôle Caraïbes Airport. The most beautiful beaches are at only 5 minutes walking distance. At close proximity you will also find different shops, a bakery, the marina, town center, golf club and Castle’s Point. The villa is situated at the housing estate of the golf, only some meters from the heart of Saint-François. The villa is secured by a rolling gate with a private parking.
The owner of the villa will give you a warm-hearted welcome. Throughout your stay you can call him at anytime. As a local he will give you advice on what to visit on the island.
Bed sheets provided: sheets, towels and so on. Sheets are changed in the middle of the week. Room-cleaning is done once a week.
At the end of your stay room cleaning is required.
Built in the « St-Barth » style, each room has a special ceiling for maximum space.
The villa comprises 2 bed rooms: one bed room is equipped with a 2meters bed, TV screen and adjoining bathroom with shower. The second bed room is equipped with a 160cm bed and a 90cm single bed and an adjoining bathroom with shower.
The living room has a large terrace equipped with a big dining table, a sofa and 3 deck chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, washing machine, coffee machine, squeezer, robot-mixer and toaster.
Kitchen utensils: 2 frying pans, 3 cocottes and much more.
Dishes: water glasses, wine glasses, dishes and plates, dessert plate, soupe plates, salade bowls, towels and so on.
At close proximity you will find different restaurants.
